After ALL Masses on Ocotber 18-19th there will be a table set up to donate and or volunteer for Clothe- A- Child. To donate, simply put cash or check (made payable to SCR Co-Op Clothe a Child) The annual Council of Catholic Schools Co-Operative Clubs "CCSCC" Clothe- A- Child campaign provides gifts of newly purchased clothes for underprivileged children in the New Orleans area. Through the office of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, these children and families are identified and the information is forwarded to the CCSCC Clothe- A - Child committee. Each year, the extremely generous schools of the CCSCC and families come together to donate funds to support this program. The donations are then used to purchase gifts that are individually wrapped for each child. The gifts are distributed to the children by Catholic Charities. We are truly grateful for the continued support of this program that brightens the lives of so many children.
