PHASE 1 - CLEARING THE WAY FOR FUTURE GROWTH - $35,000In phase one we will hire an Architect, and engage in a site survey to clear space for our future growth by removing two rental properties and modifying a third property. This phase also includes removing the current Fall Fest shed and developing space for a new Fall Fest and St. Anthony shed.

PHASE 2 - CAMPUS GREEN SPACE CONSTRUCTION - $1,750,000In phase two we will begin construction to create green space that provides a safe place for our school children to play and a welcoming area for the parish to gather. The yard will feature an all-weather turf field with SCR logo, proper drainage, two new bathrooms accessible from the yard, fencing, and a new car pool lane.

PHASE 3 - HVAC REPLACEMENT AND ACCESSIBILTY - $780,000In phase three we will improve accessibility and comfort in the Church by replacing the aging air conditioning system, adding automatic ADA doors to three entrances of the Church and to the Adoration Chapel, and installing a handicap-accessible ramp for the parish meeting rooms.

PHASE 4 - PRESENTATION HALL TRANSFORMATION - $1,500,000In phase four we will enhance Presentation Hall by upgrading exterior insulation, refreshing the exterior to complement the school gym, improve plumbing, and adding outside lighting and pathways—providing our school with a stronger, safer, and more effective learning environment.
