what is confirmation?Confirmation completes the grace of Baptism as we are enriched by a special outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit through the laying on of hands and anointing by the bishop, which seals and confirms the baptized in union with Christ as they are sent forth to bear witness to Christ by word and example.

Nuestra escuela parroquial de religión se esfuerza por brindar lo mejor en educación religiosa y preparación sacramental. Nuestro deseo ardiente es ayudar a sus hijos a convertirse en los discípulos fieles a los que están llamados a ser. Estamos comprometidos a apoyarlos en la educación de sus hijos en la fe católica, pero dependemos de ustedes, para asegurar que lo que aprenden en clase se practique y se discuta en casa. Como padres, ustedes son los principales educadores de la fe de sus hijos.

High School Faith Formation Registration
Students who are in 8th - 10th grade who are not enrolled in a Catholic high school are encouraged to join our high school faith formation program in order to be prepared for Confirmation preparation in 11th grade. Our high school faith formation program includes weekly small group faith formation sessions, monthly large group social gatherings, and other faith-forming experiences like retreats and service opportunities. Students will be able to sign up for a small group based on a day and time that works best for his/her schedule. For more information, please email youthminister@scrparish. org .
